Who you are working with

Hi Alex, I'm Luca.

We talked for a long time before a single dollar changed hands. That was on purpose. I wanted you to see how I work before you had to trust me with something that feeds your family.

I run Hometown Heroes out of the Netherlands, which puts me about seven hours ahead of Thorndale. I do the strategy, the SEO, and the structure myself. A small group of people I have worked with for years handles the design and the build. I am in every part of it, start to finish, and you will always be dealing with me.

I am not a big agency. No account managers, no jargon, no going quiet on you. If I don't know something, I will say so. If I can't promise something, I will tell you that too.

No fine print

Why this one is different.

01

You own it all.

Your domain, your Google profile, your reviews, and every account, in your name from day one. I only ever hold manager access, and you can pull it any time.

02

You pay over time.

The whole thing gets built now and paid across eight months, not all at once. The website stays mine until it is paid off, which is exactly why I can start today.

03

Nothing locks you in.

No auto-renewal and no long game. Cancel the extras any time, and the site is fully yours the day it is paid off.

The winning formula

How this actually brings you work.

Three parts. Get found, earn the trust, make it easy to book. Here is exactly how each one works, as a mechanism, not a promise. Open any of them for the detail.

01

Traffic

Get found first, on Google and AI

02

Trust

Win them in the first look

03

Conversion

Ownership

What's yours, from day one.

Some of this is yours the moment we start, and stays yours no matter what happens between us:

  • Your domain, howdyair.com, registered in your name.
  • Your Google Business Profile, and every review on it.
  • Your analytics, Search Console, social accounts, and CRM.

I only ever hold manager access, and you can remove it any time, for any reason.

When the website is paid off, at the end of the eight months or the day you pay it early, the rest becomes yours too: the live site, all the copy and content, the design files, admin access, and a full copy of the source code, free, whenever you ask for it.

Until it is paid off, the website itself stays mine. That is the only security I hold, and it is the reason I can build the whole thing now and let you pay for it over time instead of all at once.

The one thing that stays mine is the framework and the AI tools underneath the site. You get to keep using them on your site for good, even if we ever part ways.

And if a payment is ever late, your site stays online and your accounts stay yours. Work would pause until it is sorted, but nothing gets switched off without plenty of written notice first, and that is a last resort, not a threat.

The plan

The next eight months, in order.

I turn each of these green as it is actually done, so this page stays honest about where we really are.

  1. Day 7

We agree the full list of thirty pages together.

    That is Appendix A.

  2. Week 4

A staging site you can see and click through.

The real thing, on a private link.

  3. Week 6

    You are live.

Domain, security, tracking, and Google all set up the same day.

  4. Months 2 to 8

Two new pages added every month.

Each one another way to get found.

  5. Month 7

We sit down and you decide what happens after month 8.

    No surprise, no auto-renewal.

The numbers

What you are paying, and what it covers.

One thousand dollars a month, for eight months. That is eight thousand dollars total, and it is the full price of the website. Nothing is hidden and nothing renews on its own. Here is what that thousand covers each month:

Your investment
$1,000/ month

For eight months. That is $8,000 total, and it is the full price of the website. Nothing hidden, and nothing renews on its own.

What that thousand covers each month

Monthly invoice itemization
Website design, build, and launch$1,000
Local SEO management$800
Hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring$50
Review system and NFC cards$50
Subtotal$1,900
Founding partner discount-$900
What you pay$1,000

The SEO alone normally runs $800 a month. For these eight months it is included at no charge. Paying early never costs more: if you pay the website off ahead of schedule, the SEO and hosting still stay included through the original eight-month window.

Payment is by card, on autopay through Stripe.

The math

What it takes to cover it.

This is not a projection of what you will make. It is just the math on what covering the fee looks like. Put in your average ticket and how often you close, and it tells you how few extra jobs it takes.

avg ticket$8,500

turn the dial · your average job

At an average ticket of $8,500, the site pays for itself with about one extra job every 9 months.

At a close rate of 40%, that is about 3 extra calls in 9 months that you would not have gotten otherwise. That is the whole bar it has to clear.

break-even math on your inputs · not a projection of what you will make

Your side of it

What I need from you.

This works best as a two-way street. Three things from your side:

Photos.

Real ones. You, the trucks, the team, the jobs. Your brand is already good, so let's use the real thing, not stock.

Access.

Manager access to your Google profile and the accounts, so I can do the work. It stays in your name, and you can pull it any time.

The phone.

Keep answering it the way you already do. The whole job of this site is to make it ring more. You are still the one who closes.

After the eight months

Month eight, and what happens next.

Nothing renews on its own. When the eight months are up, you choose. All three of these are fine with me.

Stop.

The website is fully yours, paid off. Keep it, run it yourself. We shake hands.

Keep the SEO.

If you want me to keep growing your rankings, it is $800 a month, month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice.

Add social.

If you want your social media handled too, that is $300 a month. Only if you want it.

No rush from me

When you are ready.

Everything on this page is in the agreement, word for word. Read it, and if it is right, sign it. There is no rush from me. It will be here when you are.
